If you are selling a digital product, the design you are selling to an end-customer, must be in flattened format.

Modifications are necessary if planning to sell as a digital product (examples include digital stickers for use with digital planners, clip art, etc.)
Suggested modifications: adding affirmations, incorporating additional graphicsNote: Your customers cannot access the clip art as a stand-alone design in a digital format.

Your customers may also use your digital end design for up to 1000 physical products for commercial purposes.

However, you are not allowed to use the artwork as-is for digital products without upscaling, nor can you claim ownership of the artwork or make any edits or changes to it and pass it off as your own.

You nor your customers can transfer ownership of the artwork to anyone else. May not use it to create NFT designs or other digital assets. Additionally, you cannot claim copyright or trademark any digital assets or clip art provided, and you cannot grant your customers access to the original art as a stand-alone digital product in any format. Copyright and all other rights belong and remain to Gabby Bear Designs.

Finally, you cannot publicize the artwork or sell it on any POD site. May use it to make POD products, but not where the POD site can retain any use/ownership of our design.

CANVA FRAMES: You cannot resell as a Canva Frame Design. Can only sell as a flattened PNG design.
